ASA – How they work

Just a quick update folks,

ASA – Advertisement Standards Authority have told me that they cannot process the complaint untill Diesel uses flyers or billboards…
This is because the marketing must be able to leave the store… it’s all very complicated so i shall be taken a little wonder into Diesel later on today! exciting… I shall be like undercover… As a SHOPPER!

So for now we must contact Consumer Direct in order for us to log a complaint with Trading Standards. So if and when you call, make sure to get a Reference Number so that you can call back after 10 working day (Trading Standards Glasgow has a 10 working day waiting period)

Dont forget to Send your letters to Diesel too…
